due to a lot of soul eater on my dash lately, i had an urge to draw these kids.
lazy day playin’ some video games~

before i really got into soul eater i drew this little thing a few months ago. i’m looking through the notes and seeing all the soul eater blogs i’m following/talking to now in them and it makes me stupidly happy.
really this picture started it all. this is when i was like “oh yeah, soul and maka are just two cute characters from that one anime i watched years ago. i guess i’ll doodle them but i won’t be too invested in them or anything”
JOKE’S ON YOU, KRISTEN. now they’re all i think about and all i want to draw. but it’s kind of cute how naive i was.

The Legend of Zelda: True Courage
You wanna know something embarrassing? When I was a kid, Zelda boss battles used to scare me. It took a long time before I saw the fun in the challenge of the fight.
Sometimes though it’s the little acts of courage that make all the difference. Because standing up against King Dodongo taught me how to stand up against the other big scary fears of my life.
